Roger has nearly 25 years of transportation and logistics background and began his career with Ryder as a Lease Account Manager. From there, he was promoted into sales management and national account positions. He was Ryder's Industry Specialist of the Year in 1999 and, as Senior Vice President of NationaLease, he oversaw the 2006 merger with AmeriQuest which created the largest independent network of full-service leasing companies in N. America.  Prior to joining PTG Logistics, he was Vice President of Operations for Penske Logistics' West Region.  Roger earned is BS in Finance from the California State University at Northridge.

Roger's experience with logistics and distribution management spans more than 20 years and includes direct industry experience in foodservice, building materials, and baking among others.  For PTG, Roger manages current customer relations and daily customer operations.

Over the last 11 years, Jim has worked in the logistics business narrowing his focus on industry leading third-party logistics and home delivery companies, with clients including Sears, Home Depot, JCPenney, Thomasville, Bassett and Ethan Allen furniture. During his tenure at Affinity Logistics Corporation, Jim served as field director, held full management authority for attaining profit and quality goals of the $80 million organization with 50+ locations across the United States. He guided management staff in optimizing quality, gross margins, customer satisfaction, and associate training. He was also responsible for financial planning, independent contractor recruiting, participated in new sales and cultivated strong client relations.

With a diverse and progressive background in logistics, Roger Stevenson offers more than 25 years of fleet experience.  This includes business development roles with primary responsibilities relating to fleet logistics, lease/financing, maintenance management, equipment acquisition and fleet remarketing.  Having served most recently as the Director of Business Development for Kelley Fleet Services, Roger has also worked for PHH Financial Services, GE Capital, Mack Leasing and Transervice Logistics.
